The interactive floor plan display
Epic's interactive floor plan displays the actual floor plan of your
hotel. The status of each room is indicated by intuitive
symbols such as a suitcase in an occupied room and a vacuum cleaner
in a room that requires maid service. Just click on a room to
perform any kind of operation such as check-in or check-out, editing
a guest's bill and so forth. This process is quick and easy
for new clerks to comprehend and results in greatly reduced training
times.
