The tape chart display
Epic's tape chart provides another way to visualize your room
allocations. Each row of the chart represents one room of your
hotel and the colored bars represent guests; green bars are in house
guests, blue bars are guaranteed reservations, white bars are
non-guaranteed reservations, and purple bars represent rooms that
are scheduled to be removed from service for maintenance. The
tape chart is interactive as well, just click on a bar to perform
any operation such as check-in or check-out.
